How do I reserve a unit?

We can process your $400 security deposit over the phone which takes the unit off the market and puts it in your name. You get the security deposit back when you move out as long as there is no damage to the unit. This security deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not move in since we take the unit off the market and those dates full when people call.

What’s the neighborhood like?

Our condos are just that, “condos”, not a standard apartment complex with thin walls & crazy neighbors. Your neighbors are likely either condo owners themselves or traveling executives, nurses, or business people.

What is the living space like?

Our condos are equipped with large smart TV’s, wifi, plus clean updated furniture. We provide a washer & dryer in each unit, off street assigned parking, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & standard kitchen supplies like plates, toasters, blenders, etc…

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, electronic check (ACH Transfer), check, debit, or credit card. There is a $50 monthly service fee for using a card. We will email you a link for electronic check where you enter your account information. You can also set up autopay through either electronic check or credit / debit card.
